How to solve the problem about blasting wheel when shot blasting machine working

Blasting wheel is an important part of shot blasting machine,it mainly including:blade,Roof guard plate,Side guard plate,Endshield,control cage,distributor,blasting room liner.

When use blasting wheel pls note the below two things.

(1)Bearing installation when there is a problem, or bearing wear has been damaged by long time, recommend replacing the bearing and lubricating grease filling

(2)In the overall design flaws, shot blasting machine may produce resonance vibration caused very big, this situation needs to find manufacturers to replace the left head position or replacement of shot blasting machine

(3), check whether the blasting wheel is normal , if broken directly replaced it, or to repair repair line.

(4) have a look at the impeller sloshing or not, sloshing will cause such big vibration.

(5)if  blade wear serious, running balance, Replace Blades
