1.Ready to work
Check if shot blasting machine is abnormal, the transportation track is free of foreign matter, compressed air is ready (open air compressor or air supply pipeline valve), the external power supply is switched on and other conventional examinations, and then open the electrical cabinet door, turn on the main source, close the electric appliance cabinet.
2.Lifting to be cleaned components: selection of suitable transport rack, shelf sand, clean, to prevent relative sliding member bench.Will be shot component in bench (Note: as far as possible around the middle place, to prevent movement of the collision or card in the machine.).
3.Start the machine: wear a protective appliances, open dust removal fan, 10 seconds later open elevator machine, then 15 seconds later open horizontal spiral fan, another 15 seconds later open longitudinal spiral, after 15 seconds open the blasting wheel machine (open each blasting wheel every 10 seconds), 10 seconds later open each shot valve.
4.Clean up iron grit: when components are out from the mremove iron grit(note: try to blow the iron grit into the abrators, in case iron grit reduce).

5Close the machine: stay out of the closed when the component in turn each shot valve, 60 seconds later the blasting wheel off, the 60 seconds later closed the longitudinal spiral, after 30 seconds later close off transverse spiral,then 30 seconds later closed elevator machine, and finally close dust removal fan.
6.Ready to open the machine again: Crane go the component had aready shot blast (also can track back to walk again after component crane), clean up test bench under a component to clean up. Repeated execution steps 2, 3, 4, 5, and 6 , do not be careless
7.Finishing the work:clear the iron grit on land and underground and recycling, turning off the main power supply and air supply, tidied up the hook and other appliances, completes the health handover work.
