When we operates the shot blasting machine we should note the cautions as bellow:
1.Don't operate shot blasting machine without protective equipment .
2.Add or recovery iron shot must be first open the dust removal fan, horizontal spiral, bucket elevator and longitudinal spiral.
3.Periodic open pulse blow to remove dust removal of dust. After downtime extend dust removal pulse blow time 30 minutes.
4.Banned in very short time interval under the condition of continuous open the control switch.Prevent excessive current burnout instrument.
5.Regularly check the wear parts wear, cleaning filter net and the ball valve garbage.
6.In the lifting process shall not be below the body as members, as far as possible to avoid the member dropping direction, pay attention to the safe hoisting.
